What will I learn at this event?

Our aim is to provide you with the tools and knowledge necessary to break free from the constraints of diet culture, food fears, body image shame, chaotic eating, and exercise rules. We'll discuss everything from recognizing the signs and symptoms to understanding the roots of disordered eating and body image distress. We believe in empowering individuals to reclaim autonomy over their relationship with food and body. By exploring pathways to liberation, we hope to help you embrace a more flexible and fulfilling future.

Who can join?

This series is expertly crafted by two highly experienced eating disorder professionals, with a specific focus on individuals who are struggling with food, weight, body image, and exercise issues. Additionally, it is designed to provide valuable guidance to those who are supporting someone through the process of recovery from an eating disorder. We would like to emphasize that this series is open to everyone, regardless of their background or situation. Frankly, we strongly believe that this series is a must-attend for anyone who wants to transform their relationship with food and body and parents everywhere!

We understand you are busy this summer, so we’ve made this entire series only 1.5 hours per week with virtual access from anywhere you want to be! I know you are probably already wondering if this series is recorded and if you can access it on your own time. Unfortunately, this series only runs live to protect the confidentiality of those that show up. Our live format allows you to ask all of your embarrassing questions without any concern about someone sending the replay to your neighbor.

Speaking of embarassing, we understand that recovery from food, weight and body image concerns can be scary. If you have questions or comments about anything we talk about and you’d rather not say them out loud, you are more than welcome to type them into the chat and remain anonymous! We understand everyone is in a different place in their journey.
