Lauren is an avid cyclist and lover of outdoor activity, she has a special place in her heart for healing disordered eating and educating athletes and performers of all kinds, so they may go on to pursue their passion, free from food weight and body image drama. As an ambassador of radical self worth, Lauren empowers her clients to break limiting food rules, slay negative thought patterns, stand confidently in their genes, and reinvent themselves, free from the toxicity of diet culture and weight stigma. While eating disorders are her main shtick, Lauren is also EMDR Certified and Certified in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD.
